- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very poor service department that is just TOO BIG TO CARE about its customers. The service centre staff are rude. They really dont care about you or your car, especially if you have a problem with it. Our car was jet washed inside by Suttons, soaking the whole interior during a scheduled maintenance, because they left the window open. The response was very poor, and one that was very upsetting for our young family. Suttons were only happy in looking after Suttons. We sold our Hyundai to Suttons at a huge loss after numerous electrical failures as we couldnt deal with them anymore. Avoid at all costs, there are much better dealerships out there that are happy to get your business, and that will look after you. This is one mans review, which I felt I had to share as the whole sorry situation was one I would never want to repeat, or see anyone else go through.By marklov, October 01, 2018
